This tour will bring together these two unique musicians together on stage for the first time.
Crowds can expect an intense performance that will build, through Niladri’s stunning musicianship, to a crescendo with the pure spectacle of Talvin’s tabla playing mastery.
Both Talvin and Niladri are world renowned for their unique musical talent and their amazing ability for playing their chosen instruments with a style and panache rarely found today.
Talvin and Niladri will create a new alliance between ancient and modern forms of musical expression, between acoustic and electronic sound, evolving into a modern take on a classical art form.
The show will highlight a meeting between the highly evolved melody and complex rhythmic intensity of Niladri’s Indian classical music and Talvin’s famed lo-fi electronica.
