Known as THE "ARMAGIDEON MAN" after his hit, "Armagideon Time" (‘A Lot of People Won’t get no supper tonight, A Lot of People going to suffer tonight..” ) which was first recorded in 1978 at Studio One in Kingston. The song was covered by The Clash as the flipside of their "London Calling" single.
In 2007, the rock band Government Mule adapted and recorded Williams’ composition “Natty With A Cause” as “Rebel With A Cause,” which features Williams’ voice along with that of Government Mule singer Warren Haynes. Wiliams continues to strive with great works in the music industry and media including recent works on a documentary with CBC.
Williams will be representing Live in Vancouver on Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010 inside the Hungarian Hall live in concert Backed by The Messenger Band with Daddy Roy, Metro, Sarah K & Ras Nikhilesh AND another real treat- ANOTHER FINE REGGAE BAND FOLKS: Special Guests:
