Tickets for MCD’s Cois Fharraige with Sony Ericsson, are on sale now all from Ticketmaster outlets nationwide. Last year’s inaugural Cois Fharraige with Sony Ericsson festival was a roaring success which sold out in advance and ended the year winning the title of “Best New Festival 2007” by the Irish Festival Awards.
This year’s festival promises to more of the same - a spectacular three day music and surf extravaganza featuring live music from the best of Irish and international acts combined with west coast sea culture.
This years’ line up boasts the likes of Travis, Supergrass, The Zutons, The Futureheads, Seasick Steve, The Corona’s, 28 Costumes and more to be announced shortly all performing in the intimate surroundings of the town of Kilkee, Co. Clare overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
“Cois Fharraige with Sony Ericsson is an innovative boutique music and surf festival and a perfect partnership for the Sony Ericsson Walkman phone brand,” said Russell Keating, Marketing Manager, Sony Ericsson UK & Ireland. “We have very ambitious plans for Cois Fharraige this year and we believe it will be a festival to remember,” he added.
