    I've been listening a lot to the album "Post" by Björk and as far as I can tell all tags are correct but it seems only once in a blue moon it add a count on the album page. I have a similar problem with another album by Killing Joke.

    The overall count for Björk tracks does go up as well displaying correct amounts on the overview page of mine for Björk. It also says to which album (Post) it is scrobbled but on the album page it seems to go up just with 1 a day. While I scrobbled the album 6 or 7 times fully which means it should be up by 66 or 77.

    Seems like some kind of bug.

  • I've just checked and rechecked (re-entering ID3-tag info, and use of different mediaplayers) and thanks to user headey, I found that my scrobbles get some kind of album auto-correction Björk's Post gets archived under Bjork (incorrect artist name).

    Seems to be all done on Last.fm's end. Any reaction?

    This seem to undermines the idea the user should try to enter correct ID3-tags to get stuff scrobbled correctly.

    We're currently investigating the cause of this, and i've added it to the Known Issues. It looks like we're not reading the album tags correctly, and we're falling back to a default album for scrobbles.
