  I bought today múm's new cd. Well... it's terrible. I just can't stand those sing-along tunes. Why do they have to sing all together? They remind me of that bunch of stupid pricks, shaping a Christmas tree in an ancient Coke ad. Why do they have to sing in english? If I listen to Icelandic music I do want to hear those Icelandic sounds!!! A very dull record, full of songs that would cut a poor figure even at ESC! I wasted 20 €...

  I recommend you to listen to Valravn ( http://blog.pressebook.fr/voixdesgeysers/2009/11/16/la-cousine-cachee-de-bjork/). They come from Denmark and feroe islands but do sound like Bjork. Pretty amazing and fabulous on stage.

  Someone I know let me listen to a song on their iPod by an Icelandic band once, and I loved it. They would never tell me the name of the song, or the band. Since then, I have been searching for it... :)
