Nisan 200911:11 is one of the greatest songs i have ever heard in my entire life. Mr Bird should get Nora O'Connor onstage and randomly perform that song when they're at the Greek in LA this summer. just sayin'.

Aralık 2008I have all his BoF stuff now anyway (*shifty eyes*) but for anyone else who uses Napster can no longer find it.
-
KHalpin83 şunu yazdı:
Aralık 2008Have you checked Soulseek? You might be able to find a few of the CDs themselves in smaller record stores, too. iTunes also has all the BoF records I think. And as for who/what is better, I love Andrew solo and the Bowl of Fire about equally. It's like having the best of both worlds! Same talent but on different areas of the style spectrum. Bottom line of this: the man can do no wrong. Ever. I think we can all agree on that.

Aralık 2008It's a real pity this stuff can't be found on napster any more :(

Mayıs 2008It's weird becuase he is billed on their webstie as Andrew Bird, yet the Washington Post and other press outlets have Bowl of Fire next to his name. Its not too unlikely, I mean Shudder to THink is reuniting there, and Chuck Berry is being backed by a Tokyo based Beatles tribute band. Wouldn't be the weirdest thing to happen.
-
KHalpin83 şunu yazdı:
Mayıs 2008I read somewhere that Andrew's reuniting with the Bowl of Fire for the Virgin Mobile Festival in Baltimore this August...anyone know if this is true or just a torturous rumor?
