Early albums are very original. A mix between Black Metal and Neoclassical music (mainly influenced by Operetta's (musical) conducing. Why did they change their sound? =/

thx for your time man! i already listened to Das Schachbrett... now i m moving to 38 Jahre.. the "bad" thing about lyrics is that i don't know german so i can't understand the lyrics:( anyway thx for the answer:)

One of the three latest, Das Schachbrett... is very piano influenced and although lot of people see it as their best I don't like it as much as the following ones; 39 Jahre... is my personally favourite album with a big variety of different instruments like violin, piano, clarinet, flute and also metal instruments (heavy drums, e-guitar) and a story that can just be described as awesome :) It has klezmer (Jewish folk music) influences and although I never thought I could like that kind of music I love this music, Ein Toter... is very jazz influenced and just sounds... weird, the strangest album I ever listened to, I needed some tries to get used to it but it's as the previous one a very amazing album and although I hate jazz I love this album too, the most interesting point about this album are the voices which top EVERYTHING in being extraordinary and weird... it's your choice which one you think you'd like to start with ;) btw, nice Resident Evil avatar^^
