Most Annihilator albums are awesome except Remains, Carnival Diablos and Waking The Fury. I really dislike Joe Comeau's vocals. To me, he was the worst idea for a frontman. Remains is really shitty too, if not the worst album they ever made. I know Jeff Waters is hard to get along with because he has such a huge ego that he decided just to work by himself on that album. He should've thought about it more. Best albums to me are Never Neverland, Alice In Hell, Schizo Deluxe, Set The World On Fire and King Of The Kill.

Alice in Hell is the best album. They seem to be just great on that. The others have highlights on the album but it's kinda a downhill struggle for Annihilator.

I like Dave Padden. Jeff was never that great of a vocalist. However, I totally agree that they're out of ideas. Maybe not after AiH, but out of ideas. Metal was just terrible. Even Jeff's guitar was bad.

i'm surprised at the fact that many people consider Alice in hell the only good album. Never, neverland is as good as it if not better. For example the song Imperiled Eyes is pure awesomeness, i love the technical guitar parts and the vocals are great too, i think i prefer that vocalist over the AIH one.

Waking The Fury is actually pretty decent if its the one I'm thinking of (the one that came out in 2002). And they may have released good albums after Alice In Hell, but they didn't release another truly classic album. Every one after that had something that prevented it from being enjoyable. Jeff Waters - Great guitarist , horrible songwriter.

After Alice in Hell, they have released very good albums. I think all albums until Waking the fury are greats (except Remains, it sucks).

The lineup that Annihilator had from 2001-2002 was the last great gleam of hope for the band. I don't know if Jeff can ever get his shit together. He is a great guitarist, but its like he ran out of ideas after Alice In Hell, and running out of ideas after your first album is not good. They need to ditch Joe Padden now too.
