It´s ok, but not in the same league as their old stuff, in my opinion. "Precious" is my favorite.

A Pain That I'm Used To is an amazing, nasty song, my favorite of theirs next to Never Let Me Down Again, another amazing, subtly nasty song. I love NIN and the loud reverby about as far into that territory as DM's ever gotten. And Lilian's great too. And nasty. I guess I just love songs that have a little nasty edge to them, and DM excels at that.

Terribly produced (I really can't stand the way this album sounds, it's just painful to listen - 2000s music production...), mediocre songs. To me it could have been a five-track EP with John The Revelator, Lillian, Nothing's Impossible, Suffer Well and Precious.

Hillier's production is a real low point though. Haven't listened to the LP version, but both in SACD and DVD-A, it sounds terrible. Clearly my least favourite since Some Great Reward.
