I'm happy they moved past psytrance somewhat. Vicious Delicious was amazing, even the tracks that weren't psy. Legend of the Black Shambawambawhateverthefuck was kind of a dud except the psytrance-y tracks, but Pink Nightmares is amazing.

Continuing the old/new debate, I think it's all very well done. Their tracks never stopped being clever, but they went in a pretty different direction and I think it alienated their old fans. It might have helped if they used a different alias for VD and onwards.

New Infected Mushroom is post-psytrance [2] Indeed they are. I predict the next album will be their best one yet. From what I've read in interviews so far, its gonna be a mix of dubstep, metal and oldschool psytrance from albums like Converting Vegetarians.
