Old Crow Medicine Show, Tennessee’nin Nashville şehrinden bluegrass/folk müzik yapan bir grup. Grup genellikle ikinci dünya savaşı öncesi parçaları seslendiriyor. Müzik tarzlarlarının bazen alt-country olduğu da söylenir ama americana tarzı, alt-country’ye oranla onlara daha yakın olduğu kabul edilir.
2004 yılındaki O.C.M.S. albümleri CMT(Country Music Television) tarafından yılın en iyi 10 bluegrass albümü arasında gösterildi.
Ufak sahnelerde daha başarılılar ve topluluğu elektiriklendiren bulaşıcı ve yüksek bir enerjileri var. Yaşlı ve genç dinleyicileri birbirlerine harmanlıyorlar.
A Prairie Home Companion(canlı yayın yapan bir radyo)’a sık sık ziyarette bulunurlar.

Hey guys, happy to see you going strong ..This is Western Ranch Music Record Label & Publishing. Grandmother 'Esther 'Kitty' Casteel ( Author, Composer and WRM Record Label Owner from the 1940's to the late 80's, and pioneer of C&W retro, Blues and Rockabilly songs) has passed away at age 95 in Dec. of 2006, at a Bakersfield, Ca., hospital. You may remember our label from Thornton, California. (Pic to the left) WRM wants you to know that we are still alive as a Record Label and Publisher after 56 years! I have songs that I know you will love and hope you will sing for us some day. One is called Cryin' Blues (No.2). You can hear it, on 'last.fm' under Artist "Ked Killen" . Wrtten by "Esther 'Kitty' Casteel" ; recorded under WRM; Artist /Composer is 'Ked Killen' from 1969. I think you will also like our 'Worried Blues' and 'Lonesome Blues' from 1968... Love the Old Crow but the new record is well, kinda boring and polished. Seems to have lost the slightly raw edginess they had on previous records. Dissapointing.
