"A Real Woman" sounds like a Ramones song with vocoded vocals and an electro-jazz arrangment. Pure genius. The text that accompanies the new album might clear it's idea a bit. It's like Tenacious D's "Tribute", a tribute to the greatest ultra-gig ever played.

imo he's best when he's doing the long big fuck off going for a ramble tunes and he can get such a great lead going and just carry on with it and progress slightly and move ever forwards and upwards. the new album is pretty good but somehow not quite the same

no, actually, if i have to criticize just a souvenir, a real woman is pretty bad. i'd say it's the weakest on the album. also, the album pretty much just tapers off after the glass road and it's not as purposeful as in ultravisitor where he ended with something beautiful after the absurdity he put you through earlier in the album. i still think it's pretty fantastic overall.
