Stabbing Westward, Tool, and Nine Inch Nails. Aside from Stabbing Westward, I don't find myself listening to the other two as much anymore. I could listen to all three without getting tired of them at one time. Now I have to be in the mood to listen to them. Same thing happened with Nightwish. I started getting into metal because of them, but I rarely find myself listening to them anymore. It's strange how time changes taste.

The Dreaming has been my obsession for almost the last two years now. Stabbing Westward opened the door for me, and now this band is opening more. I probably would have never came across Mankind Is Obsolete or Otto's Daughter if it weren't for them. Then I branched off from them and discovered great acts in Kidneythieves, I:Scintilla, Tapping the Vein, and The Birthday Massacre.

For a while there, I wasn't getting into anything new coming out. Now I've stumbled onto a plethora of up and coming artists that I absolutely love while also finding established acts that have escaped my attention.
