i've adored the blood brothers for years now. i think they're dope as fuck. and i agree with most of the points people on here bring up, such as people "pretending" to like the band. that does get annoying. i honestly enjoy all their material. lsdFTW.

lmfao @ RedArmada. That was probably the case a couple years back. I'm sure those scene kids have moved onto some random crappy experimental, grindcore ,scenexcorefo'sho, and/or trend band that they too don't fully understand. At least I would hope so.

Perfect example of a band much better than its fans. They have a reputation as an "art" band, so scene kids pretend to like them and listen to "Love Rhymes With Hideous Car Wreck" over and over while styling their hair because its the only song they really enjoy by a band that goes completely over their heads.

I thought I was the coolest person ever when I started listening to TBB, haha. Then again I was in middle school so it was expected. Anyway, I wish I knew people that actually listened to the Blood Brothers and liked their music. It'd be nice considering how much I talk about them. =|

@Bolshevized: People always make a fuss about things, on last.fm it seems the drama bucket floods after a band hits 1 mil+ plays... @mister_electric: I think most people would settle to agree on that The Blood Brothers have some good songs but this doesn't apply to "All" of their material...not a reason to call them crap or hipster garbage like some other people do here though...

I think a lot of Blood Brothers "fans" don't really like the music, they just like the image the Blood Brothers present. It's out of the ordinary, it's eclectic, most people don't like it: thus, "hipster" kids, trying to be avant-garde, eat it up, but don't really like the taste.
