They've been trending on this since angles, and people should have in mind that a band can't be defined by a single way of expression based on a single kind of feeling. The same happened when beatles came with revolver then sgt peppers : "It's not Beatles ! I miss the old Beatles ! Holy shit my mind CAN'T accept my favourite band is actually changing! ToliFlesh haha funny you. The Beatles has had weird albums before Sgt. Pepper's and their early career before Rubber Soul had only a couple good songs. Anyway, I liked it better when The Strokes played garage rock instead of pseudo-new wave.

obassista @DavidBzr Not actually, I was comparing the situation only, not the album itself. I mean, I've been noticing that some bands' new albums are trending to a mood close to funky and disco , or sort of it. This happens when a new generation deny the last's generation zeitgeist, like a cultural cycle. And as ever, most part of the ones lived the past generation does not accept it either have conscience of it.
