Underoath (bu şekilde de yazılır underOATH veya Underøath) 1998’de Florida / ABD’de kurulmuş bir metalcore / post-hardcore / screamo grubudur. Kurulduğundaki kadrodan sadece baterist Aaron Gillespie grupta kaldı. Solid State Records’a imza atan grup şirketin en çok satan grubu oldu. Grup şu ana kadar 6 albüm yayınladı. İlk albümü «Act of Depression»ı Takehold Records’tan 4 Haziran 1999’da yayınlayan Underoath’ın bir önceki albümü «Survive, Kaleidoscope» grubun canlı performansarından oluşuyor. 27 Mayıs 2008’de piyasaya çıkarılan albüm Solid State Records etiketini taşıyor. Underoath en son 2 Eylül 2008’de «Lost in the Sound of Separation» albümünü yayınladı.
