You'll just have to try harder then. I'm thinking the reason he likes playing there is because he can dress up like a queer without being called one. I can't think of any other reason why he would.

Apparently Mike Scalzi wears glittery chick shirts and mini vests during his shows. I think that's the actual reason why he doesn't like his students to know he's in a band. Hahaha. I just found that out the other day. OH and he also said he loves playing in the Castro district in SF (where the gays live) the most.

I bet, he seems like the kind of person who on stage shines brighter than the rest. I wish they'd actually TOUR here rather a single show for a festival. Kind of disappointing knowing a band like Akercocke is hardly noticed when shit bands get praised for mediocre riffs forcing aker to abandon any hope for an american tour.

He would definitely hate you then. I'm sure he just thinks people take him less seriously as a teacher because he's in a metal band. He's also a bartender in SF though...ha.
