I caught them live, on a side stage at some festival type show and fell in love with the singer. She's got great onstage persona. I dug the music because it's rock but it's dancey enough for me to shake my bon-bon tooooo…..

Haha. Oh wow. Hmmmm… let's think back, what, 13 years? Uhhhh…. I'll have to take a guess and throw out Don't Leave Me off 1,039… That album was an essential back in the day. That album, beer, smoke, spray paint & caution tape were essentials. Lol.

Actually, Brand New don't make me happy in a normal happy sense. It's more like I really identify with a lot of the lyrics and such and when I listen to them it brings me to this really introspective, emotionally charged place.
