Up until a few days ago, I had only heard a couple of songs by them. More specifically: Attack Music, Legion of Stoopid, and Cryosleep. I thought of them as OK, but not a band I'd be long term interested in. However, after hearing the song Rise on a friend's Myspace profile, and being very impressed, I decided to look into them more.

I have most of their songs now, and my opinion on them has changed dramatically; from just OK to almost amazing. Their mixture of video game music and metal has resulted in something I had been looking for for quite a while now. Basically, I'm not picky on lyrics, the more epic sounding the instrumentals are, the better.

Their latest album, Redeemer, has easily earned it's way onto my list of favorite albums. When I first got that album, I couldn't stop listening to it. For 3-4 days straight, I listened to almost nothing but that album. While the whole album is great, 3 songs on it fastly became favorites: Rise, Reanimator, and Empire.

I wont bother describing what I think about all their albums, but I will list some of my favorite songs NOT on Redeemer:
