    I can also enjoy listening to many bands while not paying full attention to their music. Since you mentioned Black Sabbath, they are among those bands as well. However at one point in my life I'm sure I've paid a lot of attention while listening to them and now when I'm already extremely familiar with their sound I can enjoy it without paying full attention. When I'm listening to Neurosis I'm always reading lyrics along the way because after awhile Steve's and Scott's "singing" starts to sound like some yelling nonsense. That's excellent, I'm glad you get along with your cousin so well. I had a X-box 360 console for last 5 months from a friend of mine so I played Alan Wake and Fallout 3. Both games are great it's just that I'm not really enthusiastic about games like when I was younger so for most part I'd play for just a few hours per week. =)

    Excellent, I'm glad you like it so far. I'd say Times of Grace is much more suitable for a Neurosis starters so maybe you should give it a spin and have easier time then with Through Silver in Blood. Interesting comparison, ambient parts on Neurosis albums really are similar to Silent Hill soundtracks. It shows how much attention you pay to music while listening. I've played Silent Hill 1 on PS 1 when I was about 12-13 years old and of course I loved it. However, right now I'd refer to myself as a retired gamer. :D Are you satisfied with PS 3?

    Oh man I guess it's from too cold drinks, whatever it is I hope you get well soon! Of course, what else a man can do in the afternoon when it's boiling hot outside. :D To be honest I'd gladly join you on your vacation to get rid of most layers of clothing I have on me and get some Sun. Haven't listened to Themes From Willian Blake's... and if I had to choose I'd recommend you to try Svidd neger before Shadows of the Sun. ;) You're absolutely right, it does sound very similar to Peeping Tom, nice observation. That's what I admire the most about some musicians (and other people in general) who are constantly trying to stay out of comfort zone and see what they can achieve. =)

    lol I just noticed we're listening to Perdition City at the same time. :D I swear it was accidental by my side. My only advantage is that Perdition City fits better when it's dark, cold and snowy outside. :P

    Hehe nice album description, I'd probably choose the same words to describe Perdition City! =) I'm glad you like it so much. Btw don't know if it's just me or do you also think that on Nowhere / Catastrophe Gram's vocal style sound intensely similar to Mike Patton's.
