Its an absolute fucking joke. Taking away the only things worth subscribing for and giving us a vague promise of something non-specific in a future point in time that will be a better replacement. Awful PR, all the staff on the forum (http://www.last.fm/forum/21717/_/653360) are parroting out corporate bullshit-speak about it and refusing to answer simple, direct questions. It was announced very badly, nowhere near enough notice. They didn't even put it on the blog because they knew how deeply unpopular this would be. I'm asking for my refund on November 16. I'm subbed until January ffs. The very fact that they are offering refunds shows they knew the uproar this would cause.
