Well if you think and say so, I'll reconsider my position and perhaps not wait so long to read Brian's Books ! The truth is that I often focus on the writing itself (at the expense of the story maybe), so when I don't really like an author's style, it's hard to get over it. But, if it's worth the efforts... This makes 7 books more on my 'to-be-read' shelf o_O ! Err, "sucks monkeys balls", it's a negative expression, isn't it ?

Ok I'll check it out for Shamandalie. I've already listened to some Sonata Arctica, it was a few years ago, but I didn't like them enough and didn't keep contact from then on. This does not mean they can't have a few good songs ;-) /=/=/ I haven't read a book from the Dune series since last year... After the disappointment with "House Atreides", I stopped reading books from Brian & Kevin, and I re-read the original Dune (except for the last volume). So now I'm basically waiting for the deception to ail down, and when I have some time to grant to those new Dune books, I'll read them... this could take long, there are many many books lining up on my shelves and looking more interesting ! You managed to read all of Brian's books, I envy you :)
