fu's sound changed a lot between in search of... and the action is go; i'd say try out one of their early albums too, the first one i got was in search of in '96 and it's still my favorite. slower but heavier than king of the road.

Hi, Amanda. In addition to the Fu Manchu albums mentioned below, I'd recommend King Of The Road. My all-time favorite song of theirs is probably Mongoose, which you can find on a number of different albums. If you like this kind of music (generally referred to as stoner rock), there are quite a few other bands in a similar vein you should check out. I'd start with Nebula and Kyuss. Acid King is a great band with a super-heavy fuzzed-out sound and a cool female vocalist. If you're looking for something spacier, try Sleep (the album Sleep's Holy Mountain is an absolute classic).
