hello matey, oh the light, yes, indeed! well said, the time of the day (the light of the day) should be a factor as well as you said. is that because it might reflects the mood you are in as well as getting the correct light needed for the frame? your mood and correct light and correct time of the day could give birth to spontaneous actions in photo shooting; that is the perfect frame! my email address is: 'fricative1@yahoo.co.uk' take care now nice man!

Sorry for late response buddy, busy busy at this end. Yes you hit the nail on the head with the image perception. I generally take alook at a scene and imagine how the image will translate on the photgraph, and hopefully that perception takes place instantly. Not always I might had, lol. The light of the day is also plays a major factor, sometimes the whole scenario does not work unless the light is correct. As I have already 'imagined' how the photograph will look in a particular light, for example early afternoon a opposed to morning time. So I will come back at exactly the correct time and bingo, the photograph is created. People are a different challenge as the rules change. Meaning spontaneity takes president and I have too adapt more quickly regarding my framing and focus. Sometimes I cannot be so precise, but also sometimes the final result is better because of that spontaneity applied.:-)

hi buddy, in your message you said "the photograph to me is moment that I have already perceived inside my mind". i want to know what do you mean by that? i hope you don't mean it like a dejavu thing, in other words, it's like a frame that you had already dreamed of and when you see it your brain just recognizes it and you take an automatic action? or most probably, do you mean; when you see a spot which is very remarkable and it suits your liking and you read something from it straight away right in front of your very own eyes, so you feel the urge automatically to take the photograph of it, because your brain instantly confirms it and frames it for you in the head, and your brain also tells you that this is the one that could interprets your thoughts without words, so it becomes an instinctual action that occurs simultaneously between your brain, your eyes, your camera, your hands and the spot in front of you?

Thanx for taking the time to look at my pictures. My Olympus PEN is more like an extension of my body instead of a device and now follows me everywhere. I'm slowly developing a kind of sixth sense, whereby I'm able to lift the camera to my eye and look throught the viewfinder and have already released the shutter without a single thought about the framing. The photograph to me is moment that I have already perceived inside my mind. It's getting better and each day I learn something new. Take it easy :-)))
