ok im lost. not completely, i know im in this shit sanbox with a slow ass connection to my room. i need some help. about a month ago one my guys was playing guitar by the fire and it reminded me when i was a kid listening to my old man's tunes. The Rainmakers was a favorite of mine in my childhood. So random story later, im trying to find "one that got away" by for what skills i have messing with the internet isnt one of them. i have spent well over two hours now trying to find this damn song just so my soldier can hear it and play it on his guitar. i've got the lyrics and chords he just needs the beat/melody, plus i would like to hear the original. If you could throw a little help my direction, or point me in the right direction. thanks.

Completely agree! That's a brilliant analogy, I always compared my experience with the Anthology as welcoming a foreigner to common land, not the other way around - as visiting another country. In a couple of decades time, hopefully I can get the chance to write down my opinions of it all in that different time.

Haha well. :) I'd love to focus on music research but enjoy it too much as something I relax with. I adore the Anthology! I still hear songs as if for the first time. Its like warmly welcoming an awkward foreigner to land. Funny, sincere, rude, angry and happy all at the same time. Sometimes I feel it lacks something but I don't feel I have the knowledge enough to say. What do you think of it?
