Not all my music is on my computer so my chart looks a bit odd. Long live CDs tapes and records. Also between you me and the gatepost I left my player on repeat by accident one night and clocked up quite a few plays then heh heh what a wally. Having said that I do listen to them a lot and go to most of their shows so as a consequence I know the members of the band yeah. I will defo check out the music you recommended, if you like Patton it can only be good!

Cool. You have great taste in music. I like Mike Patton's music and bands. The Display Team do a kind of progressive punk which you might like if you like a tune with time signature changes and proggy feel :) What would you recommend me?

Primarily I am a fan of progressive rock, although that by definition means I listen to a bit of a wide variety of genres. However, also by definition, it gives me a kind of elitist perspective on music in general.
I am a pretty competent guitarist, pseudo-guitar teacher and guitarist-composer for the bands listed below. Each one has their own style (which is described briefly) and if you fancy checking any out you'll make a poor student very happy :). As a general rule my style is influenced mainly by Blackmore, Hackett, Spruance, ale and whisky.
I also enjoy experimentation, both with music styles and other instruments (mostly badly) if people have them available. Some I'll even incorporate into my music ;)
