    thx 4 friendship! and - how should i say: joe, when listening to your library, i find 50% songs that i've never heard from and that are very interesting to discover. other 50% are not made for my ears. and - not to forget - 3rd 50% we love & share! since you came from rock to jazz, i momentarily feel, there's no other way round... never mind, i like to meet your great experience, learn and enjoy...

    Ja Opeth begeistern auf jeden Fall, weil auf jedem Album mal was Neues dabei ist. Und vom touren werden die eh nich müde, man kann sich auf jedes Konzert von ihnen freuen. Gruß Christoph

In the early 70s, I started walking on the wild side with favourites such as Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, The Who, The Faces, UFO, Uriah Heep, Nazareth, Golden Earring, Jethro Tull, Queen, The Doors, Canned Heat...
These boys will be good old friends to me, forever.

(2) Progressive Rock

Still in the 70s, something happened to me, what I call the rise of smart music. More brainy, complex, clever, creative, astonishing music. No, I didn't discover Jazz, not yet. Yes, I discovered Yes and Genesis. I got instantly infected when, casually listening to my 1st.fm radio station, I happened to meet the Firth of Fifth. Still love it.
