Hum... Je suis pas très d'accord avec Screaming Jay. Pour moi, Brassens c'est Brassens, Félix est Félix et ils ne sont unis que par leur incomparable talent...

J'aime aussi la chanson québécoise. D'ailleurs, voilà les équivalences. Pour votre Brassens, on a Félix Leclerc. Pour Brel, on a Gilles Vigneault. Pour Gainsbourg, on a Robert Charlebois. Puis pour Ferré, on a Richard Desjardins. Ils sont en quelque sorte les quatre piliers de notre côté et les parallèles sont nombreux.

C'est difficile à mesurer. Bien sûr, pas trop de fanatique de Brassens (sauf pour les Bancs Publics). Mais Brel reste populaire quand même. On l'entend de façon plus ou moins régulière sur Radio-Canada. Gainsbourg reste une star à travers le monde. Pour ce qui est de Ferré, beaucoup moins je crois... c'est un goût plus acquis, il vient après les autres.

Du bon son français... à part HFT, je vois Higelin, Gainsbourg, Brassens, Brel, Noir Désir dans ta liste. Notre voisin Arno, que je trouve grandiose aussi, et j'en passe... M.Boogaerts je connais pas, je vais tester sous peu : ) Tiens, pour finir, je te conseille vivement Bashung, l'un de mes chouchous. Notamment Play blessures de 82, et le monstrueux Live Tour 85.
