This album is what led me into idm, "intelligent dance music". I had never before listened to instrumental (or sometimes semi-instrumental) music unless it was classical. The thing is how Melodium (a one man-project from France) remains catchy no matter what song you chose to listen to.

I can't recall being as close to magic as I was the first times I listened to zatracenie by matryoshka. They are a duo from Tokyo playing ambient post-rock. The male call himself Sen, he's the one creating the music (mostly made in a computer). The female call herself Calu, she is the vocalist.
