23 seconds is an internet publishing house and a netlabel with the aim to present artists and share music, art and other works. It also functions as a collective of artists. We want to offer new, interesting and diverse art & music for people looking beyond the mainstream. The netlabel is a non-profit project and releases are available for FREE DOWNLOAD, generally licencensed under the creative commons license.
