Approximately 2 billion people are Christians. Many are because they are brought up that way but a significant amount of them are because they've experienced things that lead them to think this way. As an agnostic you are obviously open to evidence and you fail to see that faith has a function. Evolution doesn't rule out Christianity at all I believe even though it's only a theory anyway. If you are calling billions of people stupid or inferior then I'd suggest you do so in a more subtle way.

I can't tell you how happy I am that Billy and Maynard are reforming APC! I definitely have to see them once they start touring again. As for VAST... Yeah, phenomenal band--one of my favs. They just released an album called Me and You which is excellent (I just saw them for the 2nd time a few weeks ago on their Me and You tour actually). They recently put out a great EP called Relay under the pseudonym Bang Band Sixxx as well. I don't know how long ago it was that you listened to them, but I of course also recommend April and classics like Nude and the self-titled.

7 days in hebrew is different from 7 days in english. These "days" may well have been millions of years. Very few Christians apart from American fundies believe the world to be as short as thousands of years. Besides, there are so many different scientific theories. It gets ridiculous. Scientists are in a constant quest for knowledge spending billions on things (money that could be used to fight poverty etc but isn't) such as the Black Hole machine in Switzerland just to know a TINY little glimpse more. We don't need to know everything. If you explore faith then you'll find the answers and that's what I did.

You are falling into the fallacy of attacking the wrong people again. As for chinese whispering. There are many accounts of Jesus's life other than his disciples/various people that met him. He was a bit of a revolutionary in his day. Roman scholars such as Josephus wrote on him. You should look him up. Oh, and I don't know what your agenda is but I'd like to hear what your "proof" is that there is no God. These arguments are always fun.
