I saw Gogol Bordello earlier this month, at the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival. They were definitely the highlight of the show; the crowd was pretty into it. I was almost too close to the front (people were moshing) but this lady had a pile of blankets and folding chairs from earlier in the day, so I was able to stand behind that and use it as a buffer.

Lord Send Me An Angel is a great song; I was actually learning it on guitar yesterday! St. Ides of March always makes me crave sweet potato pie. I don't think I've ever had it, but I assume it tastes kind of like pumpkin pie. I could see that Statesboro Blues song popping up sometime, though Jack is pretty unpredictable in his cover song choices.

With the Racs, yeah, probably Keep It Clean. Jack really gets into it, with the gestures and facial expressions. But with the Stripes, maybe Party of Special Things To Do (which isn't really a b-side; it was a single.) Or Baby Blue. I can't pick; too much to choose from. What's your favourite White Stripes one?

Glad you like the pictures! It's My Fault For Being Famous is one of the b-sides from Conquest. Beck and the Stripes collaborated on three tracks. I kind of messed up my last.fm by listening to it a whole bunch of times when it first came out- it's definitely not my favourite White Stripes song. But Cash Grab Complications on the Matter, on the same EP, is really good. Kind of has a Slowly Turning Into You feel.
